Deliveries in Romania and abroad
At Vadalex, you can request domestic and international courier services. We check the destination, parcel details and transport conditions before confirming each shipment. A quotation request is not an automatic booking and does not confirm that a route is available.
For deliveries within Romania, provide the collection and destination towns or cities and their postcodes. Mention access requirements, a preferred time slot or other details that could affect collection and delivery. The exact arrangements are agreed in the quotation.
International destinations
- Moldova: ask us to check the route to your destination and the documents required for your parcel.
- United Kingdom: provide the full address and postcode. Service availability is confirmed for the specific destination.
- Ukraine: shipment acceptance, the locations served and delivery conditions are checked before confirmation.
Listing a country does not mean every location is covered at all times. If you need another destination, contact the team before preparing the shipment. Do not assume that the same services and conditions apply to every route.
Details to include in your quotation request
- Collection and delivery towns or cities, with postcodes.
- The number of parcels and the weight of each one.
- The external length, width and height of each packed parcel.
- A description of the contents and any special requirements.
- Your preferred collection date and any important deadline.
If the parcels differ, list their weights and dimensions separately rather than giving only a shipment total. This allows the quotation to account for packages that may need different handling. Tell us at the outset if the contents are fragile, perishable or require particular storage conditions.
Packaging and documents
Pack the contents for transport and measure the parcel after packing. For international shipments, documentation and formalities depend on the contents, route and destination. Our team can explain which details to prepare for an initial assessment; the final document list is confirmed for the specific shipment.
Do not hand over products requiring special conditions before their acceptance has been confirmed. If the shipment involves customs formalities, see our customs services page. Courier services and any customs operations should be identified separately in the quotation.
Price and delivery time
The price depends on the route, weight, dimensions and services requested. Ask which costs are included, whether any additional charges apply and what delivery time is estimated.
