What information we receive
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number if provided, the selected service and your message.
- Email, phone or WhatsApp: the details you share with us in the conversation.
- Technical data: our infrastructure provider processes IP addresses and browser information to deliver and protect the website.
We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not send identity documents or other details that are not needed for a quotation.
Why we use the information and on what basis
- Responding to your enquiry and preparing a quotation: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Website security and operation: our legitimate interests, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Google Analytics statistics: only with your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time from the page footer.
- Legal obligations: if you become a customer, we keep the accounting and tax records required by law, under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Who else receives the information
- Web3Forms forwards contact form messages to our email address.
- Cloudflare delivers and protects the website and provides aggregated traffic statistics.
- Google displays the map on the homepage. Google Analytics is used only after you consent.
- Our email provider stores our correspondence with you.
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the safeguards set out in Chapter V GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep the information
Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up on the quotation, and are then deleted periodically. If you become a customer, we keep the information for the duration of the relationship and for the archiving period required by law for accounting records.
Do you have to provide your details?
No. Providing your details is voluntary, but without your name and an email address or phone number we cannot respond to your enquiry or prepare a quotation.
Automated decisions
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing of your data and we do not create profiles.
Cookies and browser storage
The website does not use marketing cookies. Your analytics choice is saved in your browser. Google Analytics cookies are set only after you consent. The Google map loads only if you select “Show map”; only then may Google set cookies, and Cloudflare may use technical security cookies.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing. Email us at [email protected].
